Health Cash Plans can help to

up to 75%. The benefit is a cashbased health insurance scheme
designed to offset health bills by
giving the employee cash towards a
wide range of health related costs,
from dental work, optician costs and
even unexpected illnesses requiring
surgery or a stay in hospital.

help make everyday health needs
more affordable for everyone. One
payment per month covers the
employee for all benefits up to the
maximum amount every benefit
year.
They can even add their partner to
the plan for a small additional cost
and dependent children up to the
age of 18 are covered completely
free of charge as long as they are
residing with the policyholder.

This benefit is quick and simple to
join. Payments are even made via
a payroll deduction on a monthly
basis, making this benefit even more
convenient for your employee and
their family.
There are no qualifying periods for
this benefit, with the exception of
the maternity benefit which has a 10
month qualifying period.
