The benefit is a cashbased health insurance scheme designed to offset health bills by giving the employee cash towards a wide range of health related costs, from dental work, optician costs and even unexpected illnesses requiring surgery or a stay in hospital. Looking after your health is obviously important, but health costs can be very expensive, Health Cash Plans are designed to help make everyday health needs more affordable for everyone. One payment per month covers the employee for all benefits up to the maximum amount every benefit year. They can even add their partner to the plan for a small additional cost and dependent children up to the age of 18 are covered completely free of charge as long as they are residing with the policyholder. 6 Who is the supplier?
