WHITE LINEN This refreshing drink was created by the bartender Rene Dominguez and popularized at the Shady Lady Saloon in Sacramento .
1½ ounces Hendrick ’ s gin 1 ounce lemon juice ½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
3 cucumber slices plus extra for garnish
Soda water
Mix gin , juice , syrup , liqueur and three cucumber slices in a shaker half-filled with ice . Shake until chilled . Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice . Add a splash of soda on top and garnish with additional cucumber slices .
