SAFETY DETECTORS

Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries as needed
SEALING + PEST CONTROL
□□ Change storm windows out for screens

Probe wood trim for softness / rot and repair as needed

Inspect concrete slabs for cracks and fill as needed
AROUND THE HOUSE

Inspect for damaged stripping or caulking and replace where necessary
□□ Clean dryer and lint trap
□□ Vacuum refrigerator coils

Store winter coats and boots and exchange for spring wear
COOLING + WATER
□□ Replace the HVAC filter

EXTERIOR + YARD

Clean gutters and downspouts and ensure water is draining properly
□□ Fill low spots in yard with compacted soil
□□ Examine roof shingles for loss or damage

Check outside hoses and faucets for freeze damage
□□ Test run and clean yard equipment

Pressure wash exterior of home plus any ground surfaces desired
