What an incredible evening ! The Peachy 10th anniversary celebration dinner at Circa Interiors was quite the extravaganza . Heather Smith of Circa created a magical setting while Chef Sam Hart and his team presented an exquisite tasting menu that soared above and beyond our expectations . It was truly an immersive dining experience that will not be soon forgotten .
I would love to be able to recreate all the exceptional flavors and textures of Sam ’ s menu to share with family and friends . Instead , as a home cook , I am highlighting a few recipes that will hopefully help you bring a touch of the “ wow factor ” from this unforgettable night to your next celebration .
