Cake For Dinner
Chambless Kalka , Cake For Dinner ’ s ( CFD ) founder and CEO , was inspired by her teenage daughter and her own frustration of trying to find tasteful clothing that her daughter would actually want to wear .
At the forefront of the design is a consciousness of the journey of her clients , who are navigating from girls to teens to young adults . The line is multi-faceted and heavily influenced by the team ’ s Atlanta roots .
“ I realized after talking to many other parents of tween and teen girls that I wasn ’ t alone . Working with our fabulous team of young women , we design our styles using the girls ’ guidance and input every step of the way ,” says Chambless .
