SOLLIMS Update—4th Quarter FY12. If you haven't been on SOLLIMS since sometime in March, you might want to take a look. We would appreciate your comments. [For our US military users, you need to logon with your old eMail address, go to My Actions —> MyProfile and update your account with your new enterprise eMail address. This will make sure that your Daily Digest notifications and other automated notifications will still work properly. Forgot your password – contact Dan French [ [email protected] ], Dave Mosinski [ [email protected] ], or Mike White [ [email protected] This will truly make SOLLIMS ubiquitous for our users – giving us the ability to provide SOLLIMS support in both low bandwidth environments and “no bandwidth” environments with cellular connectivity. e.SOLLIMS: We have been given funding to develop a “mobile app” version of SOLLIMS; contract has been let and development is underway; prototype may be availabl e late Sept’12. Will be asking for some volunteers to download on personal smart phones, iPads, etc to test system/app. Strategic Lessons Series 28 Logon to SOLLIMS, then scroll down to SOLLIMS DOCS (left column) select the STRATEGIC LESSONS SERIES link. We are selecting some key areas where we can go into our own SOLLIMS database, pull some lessons, do some 'assessment' to develop a 1 or 2-pager. Included in each Strategic lesson is a list of agencies at 'department' level who may be interested in this strategic lesson. Our goal is to produce one of these twice a month. Shown is the list of current titles. Strategic Lessons #9 was prepared by the PKSOI Summer Intern, Mr. Jared Edgerton. We could use some help here - if you pksoi.army.mil know someone we can send a strategic lesson to, a personal contact at department level, please let us know - it would be tremendous if we could establish a relationship to continue to feed an agency/staff. Developing a 'strategic lesson' for the series is a great way to get a feel for what we have in SOLLIMS; if you are interested in developing a strategic l esson just send Dave Mosinski a note ([email protected]) - he is our lead for this.
