PDA 150TH ANNIVERSARY
Dr . Bill Glecos , PDA President 2000-2001
You have to look at the relationships and getting to know people from all over the state , getting to realize that we all have different issues to deal with , but we ’ re all dentists and we ’ re all working together . These people turn out to be your friends and people you can talk to from then on . The one thing I like the most [ about PDA ] is being involved in organized dentistry , I knew what was going on , I had the information , and I wanted to know that . I didn ’ t want to find out after the fact and if I had a chance to have an effect on that I wanted to do that . So those two things – the relationships and the knowledge are a huge part of the PDA .
