PCLCS TEAM TRAINS ON DECISION MAKING
AND RISK-ANALYSIS

Personnel of the Portician Circle of Learning and Consultancy Services attended the two-days training on Decision Making and Risk Analysis at the Civil Service Institute (CSI) in Manila last August 7-8, 2013.
The CSI is the research and training arm of the Civil Service Commission that provides human resource and organizational development training modules to capacitate the various government agencies and the private sector.
This course aims to provide the participants with structured learning opportunities for applying tools and techniques in discerning and acting on the
underlying cost-benefit, risk, and other value maximizing patterns in decision-making situations.

President and Executive Director Oscar Camantiles trusts that the participation of the PCLCS in this training is in conformity with the firm’s desire to equip its personnel with further knowledge that will be beneficial in providing services and crafting dynamic learning modules for its clients. Other courses attended by PCLCS at the CSI were the Training Toolkit and the Art of Negotiation.
