We Save Client’s Money! Sometimes buyers are so excited about buying a property that they overlook simple things that will cost them a lot of money. An average buyer will spend nearly $1,000 by the time an appraisal is paid for. Joan DeLabio & Annie PRESCOTT Home Realty We look for deal-breakers prior to making an offer on a property. Other agents simply write the offer and hope for a good inspection and appraisal. We do not want our clients to waste their hardearned money. With a recent client, we investigated whether their lender would be able to loan on a property with a private road easement, but no road maintenance agreement. Their lender said they would not be able to clear their type of loan for this situation. Many agents would not think of this, and the contract would fail late in escrow when the condition was checked by the lender’s underwriter. 12 September 2016 pccnews Nancy & Brian Biggs 928-273-7113 [email protected] www.BiggsRealtors.com
