NEWS FROM THE OFFICE
2018 DUES
The 2018 Association Dues are due and payable by
January 31. A late fee of $15 will be charged if not paid
by January 31. If you are unsure as to whether or not
your dues have been paid, please call me at 772-6118
A burn permit will be needed from Central Yavapai
Fire Department if you want to burn yard debris whether
it is in a pile or if you want to burn the live weeds on the
ground. Burning of household trash is never allowed
and it is against the law. A permit is not required if you
have a fireplace or burn pit on your patio which would
be used to sit around and roast some marshmallows. Re-
member to get your burn permit before you burn, use
common sense and never burn on a windy day.
Wishing you a very healthy, prosperous and Happy
New Year!

Office Manager
