Board of Directors Meeting July 21, 2015
The following Minutes will be approved subject to corrections at the next
Board of Directors Meeting.
Date & Time
Pursuant to Section 7.0 of the POA Bylaws, a regular meeting of the Board
of Directors was held Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Property
Owners Association Activity Center.
Officers and Quorum:
The President, Ken Jeffries, opened the meeting at 6:00 PM and the
Treasurer, Don McGlamery, took Minutes. The following additional Board
Members were present: Mary Kloeppel, Dave Paulin, Bob Heise, Don Grad,
and Stephen Gonzalez. Brian Biggs and Gracelyn Palmer were not present.
Minutes
Don McGlamery made a motion to accept the June 16, 2015 Board of
Directors Meeting Minutes. Motion was seconded by Mary Kloeppel and
passed unanimously
Treasurer’s Report
Don McGlamery reported that finances are on track for 2015. Don also
reported he moved the money from the Wells Fargo Operating CD to a new
CD at National Bank. The amount moved was $9,994.12.
Office Manager’s Report No report given.
Committee Reports
• Architectural (Stephen Gonzalez): Steve Gonzalez reported six permits
were issued in June. 1 new manufactured home, 1 new site-built home,
3 fences and 1 shed.
• Budget & Finance (Don McGlamery): No report.
• Building & Grounds (Don McGlamery): Don McGlamery reported the
flag, rope and hardware was replaced; a new DVD player costing $35
was purchased for the activity room; the dead branches on the pine tree
on the vacant POA lot was trimmed and the additional pavement in the
parking lot was completed.
• CC&Rs Enforcement (Bob Heise): Bob Heise reported over two hundred
violation letters have gone out and are in various stages of compliance.
• Community Enhancement (Dave Paulin): The dead tree at the front
entrance was cut down and will be replaced.
• Community Relations (Brian Biggs): No report.
• Health & Safety (Mary Kloeppel): No report.
• Nominating Committee (Don Grad): Nomination forms will be inserted in
the Sept. Newsletter and mailed to absente
