Committee for Diversity and Inclusion Celebrates 10 Years
Kudos to the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) for hosting an unforgettable 10th Anniversary
Celebration. The sold-out event was held at BallenIsles Country Club and featured our past CDI
Chairs, some of whom spoke about the history of CDI and the importance of continuing to make CDI a
priority in our Bar. The highlight of the event was our guest speaker, Evett Simmons, Esq., who urged
all of our members to continue to move the needle on a more inclusive and diverse legal profession,
with a memorable and touching poem to close the night, which brought everyone to their feet.
