our events are seamless. They are
also creative in coming up with new
and exciting events each year while
striving to improve our tried and true
events. Words alone are not enough to
thank them for what they do for the Bar
and its members. Carla, in particular,
has been a great source of knowledge
and balance, and I appreciate her
support this year.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t once again
thank the members of our Judiciary
for everything they do for the PBCBA
and the legal community as a whole.
Throughout my presidency, I’ve
received many an encouraging word
from our Judiciary. They pay attention
to what our Bar is doing and always
step up to participate in our events and
make themselves accessible to our
members.
Finally, I’d like to thank a few friends
that encouraged me to become more
active in the PBCBA over the years
and supported my Presidency. It’s
impossible to thank everyone, but just
a few that spring to mind are Lorie
Gleim, Jill Weiss, Patricia Christiansen,
Brian Joslyn, John Howe, Adam Rabin,
Judge Samantha Schosberg Feuer,
Katrina Lindsey, and Alicia Trinley.
Retired PBCBA Executive Director,
Patience Burns, provided guidance
and wisdom during my early years in
the Bar and on the Board. My parents,
Rick and Carolyn Callow, have always
been my number one fans and have
supported me every step of the way.
The support of these colleagues,
friends and family members as well
as many more, including my husband,
Matt Hochradel, means everything to
me and I’ll always be grateful to have
every one of them in my life.
As we continue into what feels like
week five hundred and sixty-seven
of the pandemic and working from
home, don’t forget to check the PBCBA
website (www.palmbeachbar.org) frequently
for updates pertaining to the
Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and our legal
community. These updates, as well
as updates to postponed or rescheduled
events, can be found under Latest
News and Upcoming Events.
My final words as President are simply
thank you!
