When Molly Burke was four-years-old, she was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, which is a rare retinal disease causing loss of vision. Molly began public speaking when she was five years old as an ambassador for The Foundation Fighting Blindness Canada. Ever since, she has inspired thousands with her story. As Molly’s vision got worse, it never shook her confidence, it only strengthened. As a student she struggled dealing with bullies, and suffered from depression and anxiety. Yet, she still found the strength to face her challenges, and the courage to reach out to others. She began to travel the world sharing her story with youth, families and corporate organizations. She has spoken as a motivational speaker on We Day stages across North America and UK in front of 20,000 people.
