time for about an hour.
My counterpart has no
time, and when she does
have time she chooses to
work all night rather
than during the day. My
dedicated President has
a job; again, little time;
and speaks no English.
The other volunteers are
students and come occasionally for coffee at
night, I'm told.
So what to do? OK, I'll
work on a Peace Corps
Partnership Project Proposal to get internet service. If my NGO had
internet service, I could
at least do research in
