o go home or not to go home. That was the question
many Peace Corps volunteers contemplated
when first landing in Macedonia fifteen months ago.
However for me it was a certainty. I made a promise
to my mom at the airport in San Jose, California that
I would be home for Christmas in 2013. I had spent
the previous three Christmases backpacking around
the world, but this holiday season I would be with my
family.
