Turkish Soap Operas. Frankly, they’ re the pinnacle of television achievement. The winding plot lines, the almost unbelievable emotions, and the fact that since I can’ t understand half of it means that I can make up my own dialogue as I go along, make watching“ As Time Goes By” and“ Asi” better than Star Wars and Citizen Kane combined. Throw away your hard drive, pop the corn, and strap yourself in for a roller coaster.
