To order : All orders must be pre-paid ( cash only and in advance ). If you wish to purchase any of these mementos , please bring cash to the MAK 16 COS Conference in August . I will have samples and order forms with me . Orders will be delivered to the mailboxes at Peace Corps Headquarters , unless other arrangements are made , within four to six weeks from receipt of payment . ( Other arrangements might be possible ). Order forms will also be available on Sharepoint , however , payment must be made before any order is completed .
