The first annual Hip Hop festival
was held in help in Skopje. This event brought
together groups from
all over the Balkans and
Poland for 14 hours of
breakdancing and vocal
performances.

PCV David Fox organized
a week long artist
colony for local artists
and art students from
Demir Kapia.

Annual Pivo Fest
in Prilep. Brewers
from Macedonia and
worldwide convened
for a weekend of
sampling beer, skara,
and local culture.
The Struga Poetry Festival.
On a bridge over the
Drim River, over 30
poets from all over
the world read their
poetry, which was
then translated into
Macedonian.

The Galicnik Wedding Festival featured
the traditional wedding of
the prettiest bride to enter the
competition in the village of
Galicnik.
The Annual Tikves Wine
Festival in Kavadarci
included a parade, free
wine, and a performance
by none other than Toshe!

The Ohrid Swimming Marathon
attracted professional swimmers
from around the world.
