I was on their street with my counterparts for a "na gosti" and saw them. I had a camera with me and asked if we could have a picture together. Photo submitted by PCV Kaitlin McDonough Kids on a turquoise wall I work with a Roma NGO in Kumanovo. We have a project called the Roma Registration and Personal Documentation Project that helps people gain basic documents. One day we were doing out-reach in the Roma settlement of Sredorek. These kids really wanted me to take their photo, which I gladly did! Photo by PCV Nancy Wilson Which words rhyme? These students in Kisava (in a combined class of first and third-graders) were given several pairs of words to pair up according to their sounds. These words were taken from a story we had read in class. The storybook used in this activity was donated by Darien Book Aid, along with over 90 other books. Photo by PCV Jesus Villegas
