A popular spot for saltwater fishing , Sawfish Bay Park includes a fishing pier as well as a canoe and kayak launch in the Intracoastal Waterway . The site was one of the first settled into Jupiter , as human activity dates back to the Cabot Home in 1892 . The Town designated the site as a Locally Designated Historic site in 2005 .
