Throughout the history of breeding purpose bred dressage horses, there have been stallions who have had a more significant influence on the breed than others. Here, we are giving a nod to some of the stallions who have had a large influence on the modern dressage horse. It is by no means an ex- haustive list and no disparagement is menat to stallions not included here. These stallions are not listed in order of perceived import.
