Foundation Board Welcomes New Members

FOUNDATION NEWS

The PHSC Foundation recently elected several new board members at their annual organizational meeting in January. The newest members include Ben Cooper, District Manager, Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc.; John Dougherty, Dougherty Investment Advisors; Pam Wilfong, Entrepreneur / Mountaineer Development Corp. and Emmalise Feliciano who will serve as the first student representative on the Foundation board. Nicole Newlon, J. D., will serve on the Foundation board as the District Board of Trustees representative.

The Foundation also extends its heartfelt gratitude to former board members Rogerick Green, Ed. D., and David Lambert, who concluded their service on the board in January. Their leadership and dedication over the years have been invaluable to the Foundation’ s growth and success.
Seth Mann and Lisa Richardson, Ed. D.
The Foundation also recognized Seth Mann during the annual organizational meeting, whose term as Board Chair concluded in January. During his time as chair, Mann was instrumental in providing guidance and unwavering commitment to the Foundation’ s goals. Mann will continue to serve on the Executive Board as chair of the Governance Committee.
