He or she is out there. Spending hours
learning ballet or how to play the
piano. Maybe that student is singing
and longing for the day she can perform on
stage in front of a crowd. Or the artist who
spends his days in class and his evenings
with his sketchbook. And the student who
has dreams of working in digital design
for a large corporation. These students
are here in our community and they are
already working to fulfill those dreams. Now
they have a place to hone their skills and
prepare for the biggest stage of all.
For those students dreaming of the day
they can share their skills with the world,
Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) is
ready to help make those dreams come
true. Art is an expression of the soul. It
unites people and inspires them. It is a
catalyst for self-expression and provides
the opportunity to communicate in a
multitude of ways. PHSC is proud to give
students a place to expand their artistic
skills and share them with our community
and the world. The Instructional Performing
Arts Center (IPAC) is more than a school.
It’s an interactive educational platform
to provide artists a chance to focus on
