Nine dual enrollment students received high honors with 4.0 GPAs. “In the first partnership of this type for either institution, Pasco County Schools will provide the facility and the College will supply the welding equipment,” said Giannet. The school district plans to complete the facility renovation in time for the programs to begin in August 2018. MTC reports that preprogram enrollment is at capacity of 20. PHSC is currently accepting applications for the College’s new program at MTC, which is slated to begin January 2019. TRUSTEES HONORED BY DBOT CHAIR PHSC’s spring commencement held on Wednesday, May 2, included presentations of two $10,000 donations to the PHSC Foundation provided by Rao Musunuru, M.D., 2017-2018 Chair, PHSC District Board of Trustees, and nationally renowned local cardiologist.
