arking the 8 th annual fundraising golf tournament,
the Foundation event to date has raised over
$275,000 in support of the College. This year’s
fundraiser included nearly 100 friends of PHSC and supporters
of the Foundation. Golfers were treated to a day on the
exclusive Quarry Course at the legendary Black Diamond
Ranch in Lecanto. Presenting sponsors, SunTrust Bank and
Walbridge, welcomed golfers and volunteers for the morning
shotgun start. Gorgeous views from the 80-foot plunging cliffs;
Black Diamond is consistently rated as one of the top golf
courses in the country. Thanks to our generous supporters,
this year’s tournament raised over $27,000, dedicated to the
advancement of student scholarships, academic programs,
libraries and other college initiatives.
