HONORING THOSE WHO
PHSC Salutes
Community Veterans
T
he Foundation is honored to express appreciation to
our community military veterans through the Salute
to Veterans Performance. This year’s
patriotic themed event was highlighted by
a performance from the Florida Brass Drum
& Bugle Corps. Among many traditional
musical arrangements, patrons of the event
were treated to a special salute and parade
of military branches. The Florida Brass Drum
& Bugle Corps., along with a color guard
representing all five branches of the United
States military, performed each designated
armed service song. Veterans, along with
other audience members, clapped and
cheered for “Anchors Away”-United States
Navy, “The Caissons Go Rolling Along”-United
States Army, “The Wild Blue Yonder”-United States Air Force,
“The Marines Hymn”-United States Marine Corps, and “Semper
Paratus”-United States Coast Guard. Along with the musical
performance, speeches were provided by Timothy L. Beard,
PHSC President, and Presenting Sponsor, George Psetas of
Psetas, Moore & Tetlow, P.A.
