HR update: Recap on proposed Terms & Conditions for Optivo Thanks once again to everyone who provided feedback on Optivo’s proposed terms and conditions – your input and responses were crucial in arriving at the best possible outcome for Optivo staff Colleagues will move to the new Ts & Cs as and when we integrate new structures. We may consider requests from some people wishing to move onto the new terms earlier and will let you know in due course. We’ve created an infographic to provide a quick visual guide to the key changes that have been made as a result of your feedback. Essential car user Defined as those roles requiring a car for business use due to frequent travel to resident, customer or office sites. Users need to provide the car and insure it for business use. Annual leave and birthday leave Hours of work Colleagues will only move to Optivo’s 36 hour week when appointed to new roles. Those who currently work more or less than 36 hours a week will continue working their existing hours until any restructure takes place. Shift patterns and working hours of that service will be reviewed at that time.
