C . O . R . E Values
We ’ ve been working on the new Optivo culture .
We ’ ve taken your ideas from the DET roadshows and used them to help identify the behaviours that will underpin our C . O . R . E values .
Colleagues from both organisations then worked together to write behaviour statements that describe what it would look and feel like to live our new Optivo values .
The behaviours will help us all to demonstrate the C . O . R . E values in our everyday working lives .
They set out what we expect from each other and help us create a working environment in which we can all thrive .

We ’ ll be using the C . O . R . E values and behaviours in our cultural integration workshops .
All colleagues will get the opportunity to attend and really get to grips with our new values and how to bring them to life !
Helping you be at your best
As we get closer to Day One , we thought we ’ d share our plans for supporting colleagues through our change management programme ; we know it can be a difficult time and we want to help colleagues be at their confident best .
We will provide workshops for colleagues to brush up their skills on :
• z Interviewing
• z Completing applications / expressions of interest
• z Preparing for any selection processes that may be needed .
We ’ ll schedule these workshops to coincide with consultations so support is offered at the right point in the process . More information will follow .
Do you think you ’ d make a good mentor ?
We ’ re looking for colleagues based in London who can support volunteers working with our elderly residents as part of a new befriending project . Go on ! Why not give just one day a month to helping our volunteers provide the best service they can .
