edical Center Pharmacy was founded in 1977 by
pharmacist Lazelle Marks. For over 40 years, Medical
Center Pharmacy has provided quality pharmacy services
to the people of Richmond County.
It was the first store in the area to feature a drive thru and the first
to computerize. It was the first store in the area to utilize robotic
dispensing technology and continues to utilize technology to make
it easier for patients to manage their prescriptions and communicate
with pharmacists.
In 1997 they added their second store, Medical Park Pharmacy,
located in FirstHealth Richmond Medical Park. They have
continued to offer the traditional medication dispensing that
they have been known for, while adding new services like
immunizations, medication therapy management, automatic refills
and medication synchronization to meet the needs of the modern
customer.
Medical Center Pharmacy also offers a cell phone app and online
ordering just like the big chains. Their latest offering is multi-dose
medication packs to help patients keep up with medications without
having to fill planners and sort pills.
Co-owner Greg Marks said they have made it their goal to meet the
special healthcare needs of our community.

Rockingham, NC. This location is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. They
are closed on Sunday. Medical Park Pharmacy is located at 925 Long
Dr. Suite 105 in Rockingham, NC. This location is open from 8:30
a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday
and Sunday.
