Have You Completed an Annual Civil Rights Training for Staff?
The Civil Rights training is an annual requirement by the Texas Department of Agriculture by any agency that receives USDA product. Partner Agencies no lnoger need to submit Training Logs to the PAR team- copies will be collected at your Capacity Building Review (CBR).
Please take a moment to to review your intake forms to ensure it includes the most up-to-date disclaimer. Many agenices are using an outdated version of this. Failure to update intake forms could result in point loss on your CBR. Contact your PAR rep if you need assistance formatting your intake form.
We have also translated the disclaimer to Spanish for those who have Spanish intake forms.
