Updated TEFAP Income Guidelines Effective July 1st
Each year in July, the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) updates the income guidelines for the Texas The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
Please recylce last year's guidelines and replace all copies with the version linked below. These guidelines should be made available wherever intake is completed at your agency. Please do not post in a public manner; these income guidelines are for use by staff and volunteers to determine eligibility. We will ask to see your copy when we visit.

Updated Partner Agency Agreement
The Partner Agency Agreement has been updated with some important new information. Every agency is required to review it carefully and sign it. Since the terms of this Partner Agency Agreement are critical to our operations we will need to have an updated copy signed by the highest ranking official in your organization on file for your agency no later than July 31.
