An agency may apply for a CBG if they meet the following requirements:

1.Account balance and monthly reports are current

2.Attended the most recent Partner Agency Summit

3.Capacity Building Review is completed with minimum score of

24

4.Match funding is secured with at least 50% of funds needed

for the designated project

5.Distributed over 150,000 Nutritious NTFB lbs. in FY 14 or

forecast 110% of 150,000 lbs. in FY15 (NTFB nutritious lbs.)

increasing capacity by expanding or upgrading an agency pantry;

improving operational efficiency through the purchase of a refrigerated truck

expanding area coverage by adding a satellite pantry or increasing the depth of coverage by improving food assistance programs.
