The North Texas Food Bank is pleased to announce its agency grant program for 2015, the Capacity Building Grant (CBG).

The purpose of the CBG program is to improve an agency's overall food assistance capacity and community impact. The grant program targets high performing Partner Agencies.

NTFB's 10-year strategic plan is to increase our food assistance distribution through our 13 county network from 47M lbs. to 88M lbs. in 2023, an 86% increase. By addressing infrastructure needs at the agency level, CBG will assist agencies in improving their distribution capabilities while supporting NTFB's ultimate goal of closing the food gap within the North Texas area. Additionally, the CBG program complements NTFB's agency network expansion and the development of a more effective agency network system.
