2- Parliament Majority versus minority , how to cooperate , Having the majority does not mean that your party has automatically all wisdom and all your proposals are to be accepted without a real discussion on their pro ‟ s and cons . Some of the proposals that members of other parties are suggesting might be an excellent solution for a problem that the country is facing . Is this the way you want to operate ? Do you know the term constructive opposition .
3- separation of powers The common idea is that the third power should be a totally independent justice system . Whether someone is violating the law has to be considered by an independent judge and the accused has to be defended by a welltrained lawyer .
4 – Justice system In a democracy a good functioning justice system is a prerequisite for economic development .
