Misty Engel — Certified Pre-planning Consultant at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel Death is a hard road no one wants to travel, but Misty does her job to hopefully make death a little easier for families so they will not have to worry about making difficult decisions at the time of death, by making the hard decisions beforehand. Most people don’t know that she hates gnomes, snakes, and scorpions. Her desire is to represent the Kingdom of God and bring women closer to Jesus through worship, defining a day with family and worshipping in the presence of God as her best day. She loves to pay it forward by making people feel special, either through acts of kindness or paying for things. She would most like to be remembered for being a Godly woman who serves others and is compassionate to those hurting.  Jaycob Kirkpatrick — Assistant Director of Parks, Recreation and Special Events Jaycob loves his job because he enjoys being able to help provide the community with a better qual- ity of life by providing quality parks, special events and recreational opportunities. “I feel providing these opportunities really helps build a stronger community. Being a part of that and seeing families out enjoying our parks and events is what it’s all about,” he explained. Most people don’t know that Jaycob has played soccer against several countries including Mexico and Germany. He also married his wife on a cruise ship and then lived in an all-girls dorm with his wife at TCU where she was the hall director. He would like to be remembered as a great father/ husband to his wife and kids and as someone that always puts others before himself.  21
