SHOES
Shoes should be black , polishable leather flats or low heels less than 5 cm . They should not have stripes , tassels , studs , or zippers . * NO boots , party or platform shoes , patent leather or black athletic shoes .
OUTERWEAR
Outerwear is not to be worn inside the School buildings with the exception of the CHS fleece jacket or vest and Crofton Falcons fan wear . Scarves of any sort may not be worn to class except for religious purposes . We discourage scarves worn outside at play for safety reasons .

PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNIFORM
All physical education clothing must be of Crofton House School design .

• Sturdy running shoes ( white , if possible ; no Keds or similar footwear )

• Navy bike shorts or athletic shorts
• White blouse or golf shirt

Grades 4 to 7
• Navy PE shorts
• Athletic T-shirt

• Hoodie and Crofton Falcon pants with cuff

• Running shoes with laces that can be tightened
ATHLETICS UNIFORM
Grades 3 to 7
• CHS hoodie and sweatpants for athletic teams ( required ), CHS waterproof tracksuit ( optional )
• Athletic hoodies are part of the PE uniform and are not to be worn with the tunic or skirt .
JEWELLERY
The house pin is part of the school uniform . The only forms of jewellery permitted are watches ( traditional watches not smartwatches or any form of “ wearable ” tech ), plain small earrings , medical bracelets , plain signet or school rings and plain gold or silver chain necklaces .
HAIR
Hair must be tied back . All hair bands , scrunchies , ribbons and barrettes should be navy , black , dark green , white or Gordon tartan without commercial logos . Extreme hairstyles and / or colours are not permitted in the Junior School .
EYEGLASSES
Frames should be compatible with the school uniform and the colours of the tunic . Avoid brightly coloured frames .
MAKE-UP
No makeup or nail polish .
