1. The Board will do its due diligence and pro-
vide its ruling/ address the issue. The decision
will be informed by interviewing all related par-
ties.
2. The decision will be delivered by the Execu-

Confidentiality
The records of all Lamplighters Yeshivah students are
kept in the strictest confidence. A student’s records will
not be released under any circumstances without dated,
written consent from the child’s parent or guardian.
Lamplighters Yeshivah guarantees the confidentiality
and access of student records in accordance with the
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
