Therefore, we challenge your family to take the Vishinantam chal- lenge...make a commitment in the new year to learn the Chumash aliyah of the day with your family over dinner. And we are going to help you do it! HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 1. Every Sunday night you will receive the Lamplight- er’s family email, featuring upcoming events and com- munications for the week ahead. 2. Attached to the email will be three Chitas for Kids resources for the week--ages 3-6, 6-9 and 10+. Save the attachment to your phone or other electronic device OR print it out to keep at your table all week. 3. During dinner, assign someone (maybe even your LL!) to share the parsha aliyah of the day with the family. Feel free to discuss. Experience what making a fixed time for Torah learning can do for your family. BEST OF ALL...learn the same parsha material your child learns in school. And see how your Shabbos table lights up! 4. Throughout the year, participate in Project Vishi- nantam events, receive incentives, share your family moments. Devoree Levine, Counseling Shmuel Galperin, Counseling 39
