Hooked on Books
Annually, Hooked on Books visits the school to give the whole school a treat. These shows encourage
our children to read fabulous stories and poems. We love how they get our children involved in their
presentations and excited about reading! After the event, our librarian publishes the names of the
books used, in the newsletter, and parents are encouraged to buy or find the books in their local
libraries for their children to enjoy.
Individual Photographs
Our photographer comes to school to take our annual individual photographs. Grade 1, 4 and 7 will all
have a photograph taken as we use them to update our records in those grades. All children in other
grades can choose
