Spinach Quiche with Bacon

Ingredients:

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 Tbsp. flour

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained

1 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Oscar Mayer Bacon Naturally Hardwood Smoked

1/2 tsp. salt

dash pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

Toss cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
