After analyzing the incredible amount of parabolas present in our surroundings, we can determine they are not only useful in the resolution of quadratic equations by graphing method. As I explained earlier, I encountered parabolas in many buildings and other architectural designs, and this is of course one of the purposes of parabolas, aesthetics and design of many buildings and bridges, but also natural phenomena, like the example shown below:
