Wildflower Afternoon

I’ m blessed and rich as a person can be Grandmother has left me a legacy. She taught me to love sunshine, rain, gardens and Junes, Butterfly mornings – and wildflower afternoons. Each spring’ s a showcase with God’ s gifts of grace: Indian paints, blue bonnets and Queen Anne’ s Lace. There’ s a palette of colors with accents of green. Every field, land and stream make a rainbow scene. Red poppies, bluebells, white daisies among the rocks – The music of wind murmurs through primrose and phlox. My heart sings the lyrics to Mother Nature’ s tunes –“ Butterfly mornings and wildflower afternoons.”
