She is currently working toward a degree in graphic design with a minor in creative writ- ing. When she signed up to take this class, she wasn’t sure what she want- ed to get out of it, nor is she sure now what she did get out of it. All she knows is that they’re definitely not the same thing. is a freshman at Oakland, where she studies screenwriting and theatre. Her hobbies include making to-do lists, eating snacks, and attending avant- garde theatre performances. She hopes these essays and projects show that everyone can take something away from reading Pale Fire, even if no one can agree on what that some- thing is. She is cur- rently studying Nutrition and Health but hopes to transfer in the Fall of 2018 to study Dietetics at Michigan State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, binge watching shows on Netflix, or rewatching Stranger Things. For Charlotte, these essays show creativity of her classmates when it comes to writing.
