On May 2nd , a swath of Pro players from the WNXL gathered in Fayetteville , NC at BlackOps Paintball to support and honor hundreds of military spouses from across the country who gathered for an incredible display of appreciation .
In honor of Military Spouse Appreciation Month , the WNXL , BlackOps , and Empire Paintball partnered with organizations around the country which support military spouses in a host of ways ranging from employment services for displaced spouses to the creation of care packages for deployed servicemen and women around the globe .
Hundreds of military spouses from across the country gathered for an incredible display of appreciation . The “ Battle of the Military Spouses ” was led by team captains from the participating charities including Instant Teams , Twelve Million Plus , RHF , Team RBW , Spouse-ly , Moore and Co ., and Lexi Coppinger . These women were partnered with Pro players from the WNXL to serve as coaches and mentors .
“ Today was so much fun ! Hopefully military spouses will continue to play paintball and continue to bring more spouses out to play paintball with them ,” said Alex Del Mar of the New Jersey High Rollers WNXL team .
In addition to the paintball activities , the event featured a variety of military spouseowned vendors , showcasing their unique products and services . This provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to support and connect with fellow military spouse entrepreneurs .
