Bea , what do you see in the future for the Women ’ s Xball League ? “ When I was first introduced to paintball I always looked at it like it was a futuristic kind of sport . So what I mean by that it ’ s not your traditional baseball or football but it ’ s a sport that constantly evolves , so much like you guys coming out of the woods and classic you know competition paintball , the retro thing comes back . We also have the airball style you know in that competition paintball that evolved into Xball . So my expectation as Xball made its debut I assume that the rules were constantly going to change , you know even adding different elements onto the field . I don ’ t think we ’ ve innovated the game enough but we ’ re getting there . You know we ’ re starting this new women ’ s prodivision and so our team Destiny is going to be a franchised team . So thanks to the NXL for this opportunity and will be playing as a pro women ’ s division in the NXL , the WNXL … we ’ re trying really hard to figure out you know what ’ s the best way to kind of keep a team together for that longevity .

Going through the regional teams that we ’ ve recruited and it ’ s who are helping us been significantly beneficial to so many people you know and so destiny is growing because of it and now with the WNXL , hopefully all of us together will be able to promote paintball at all totally different level ... You know as we form these regional teams , that they support the local economy of paintball and doing so by supporting the field they ’ re locally , and taking it further by participating in fundraising , maybe doing a charity event you know that ’ s at that location , and then just being volunteers to support that endeavor and then in turn then the field owners gonna feel like there ’ s a given take and , not just to take … you know these athletes , they are our entertainers because all sports are entertaining now , and therefore you know for us it ’ s really important for us to grasp understanding . So yeah so destiny paintball kind of evolved into this networking opportunity . And to work together even with other teams in collaboration format and just power and numbers working together just trying to get the word out there about paintball .
