In the past two months I have gotten a total of 37 DMs or emails about this series and many great conversations were had . But long before this article series was written and published the topic of the Paintball Hall of Fame has come up in many , many conversations that I have been involved with over the six years or so that the PHOF has existed .
In those conversations I asked a variety of questions to try to get a feel for what people thought about the state of the Paintball Hall of Fame ( PHOF ). Not surprisingly literally no one knew who the voting members are ; many asked what the qualifications were for being nominated or voted in are ; and only a handful knew who the Paintball Hall of Fame as an organization really is — and even that part is largely speculation .
A quick Google search doesn ’ t show a webpage for the PHOF but typing in www . PaintballHallofFame . com brings up the “ Milk Hall of Fame ” webpage . Skateboarding
The Paintball Hall of Fame ’ s Facebook page lists all of the inductees from its first year in 2017 to it ’ s current class . The “ About ” page contains no information under “ Contacts ” or “ Page Transparency .” There is no explanation of who votes , the qualifications of the inductees or even who the Paintball Hall of Fame is .
