placed on the Shaft 4, to the raised portion of the barrel
tip to guard against broken paint on bunkers building up
on the barrel tip and eventually working its way into the
ports and in some cases, through the ports and into the
barrel itself to degrade accuracy. Since they were already
doing stuff to their new barrel tip, they also took the
liberty of redesigning the porting to further reduce sound
of the firing marker, and it’ll thread into Shaft FR and Shaft
4 barrel backs.
