My first thoughts on the gun are that it fits well in anyone’s
hands, including my hands, which I’m not, going to lie are
pretty tiny. You know that feeling you get when you pick
up a marker and it fits you so well that you know that this
is the marker for you? That is how this gun felt even for
me! The TCR features a tough composite with milsim-style
body. With the sliding butt and adjustable cheek rest it can
be customized to fit any person.
The gun is perfect for scenario paintball. With magfed
growing rapidly, the TCR could not be a better marker for
the job. At first when I shot the gun, the sound was so soft
and quiet! I had to question whether or not it actually shot.
The trigger was so easy and with no recoil whatsoever, it
shot like a dream.
When playing magfed you really need the gun you shoot to
be accurate and easy to handle. So, we set up some targets
and did some quick target practice. For every 9 shots out
of 10 the target was hit with ease. The sights that the TCR
comes with are phenomenal and extremely accurate. The
amount of paintballs used vs. the amount of air used was
great! With 2,000 PSI we managed to shoot 400 rounds.
The setting in which the TCR was tested was a muddy
wooded field. To test the durability of the gun I decided
to get a little rough with it. Doing diving drills, tossing the
marker, as well as dropping it in the mud. The gun acted as
if nothing had happened at all. No matter what I did with
it, the TCR shot just the same as when it came out of the
box. Definitely a great gun for the everyday wear and tear
scenario guns go through.
