capturing flags or simply get some kills?
Your choice. You can even be lucky and
take a seat in the gunner’s position in
one of the paintball tanks.
Is it a scenario game or a regular
big game?
As mentioned before, you decide. You
can go on the field alone or with some
friends and fight for flag positions, or
you join one of our units. Those units
receive difficult scenario missions that
have to be solved, but also have special
abilities. Paratrooper units, for example,
can be deployed anywhere on the field –
even in the enemy’s back!
Do players and teams come from all
over Europe for the game?
Yes, something we are very proud of.
There are the German neighbors, of
course, like the Netherlands, Belgium,
Austria, Swiss, France and Poland. Some
teams from further away even charter a
bus for the trip. We also had visitors from
the USA and Russia, and I heard rumors
about some guys from South Africa
coming this year.
Tell us a bit about how the game
usually plays out?
out there: buildings, bunkers, open roads for the players
who like it urban. There are woods where you can hide,
but also jungle-like areas, where trees grow so dense that
you can move only on narrow paths. And then there are
our trenches – huge labyrinth-like structures that cause
massive and epic battles. In fact, we are currently planning
a whole new trench system, aiming for it to become the
largest in Germany.
And last but not least, the game. You can choose your
own style of play, either sneaking around and sniping the
enemy team, or you can storm the enemy front with your
battle cry and blazing guns. Playing scenario missions,

The game usually starts at 10 in the
morning. This gives every player
enough time to get coffee in his veins and air in the
tank. Both teams try to gain as much room as possible,
of course. Some small scenario missions are handed
out as well. Shortly after, the units receive their first
more complex tasks and start stirring up the game. One
unit usually has around 50-75 players, when so many
people work together, you don’t want to be on the
wrong side!
There are some hot spots on the field, where you can be
sure to find big battles. But because of the size of the
field, you can outflank your enemies, if you’re determined.
